My martial art classes are designed to help you master your body, build integrity, self-confidence,concentration and learn
practical self defense. My style is Kenpo Karate and is based on street fighting techniques that can be used to impair or kill
in a life threating situation. Students are taught rapid-fire hand techniques, kicks, and blocks. The most important principle
taught is how to avoid a physical confrontation. Tai Chi is also taught for health, healing and developing balance and
flexibility.
My personal training program will not only help you lose weight but tone your body also. I will help you develop a lifestyle
change that will help you stay healthy for the rest of your life. There is a lot of diet and fitness information out there that can
be confusing to a novice. My goal as your personal fitness consultant is to show you the right and healthy way to reach your
goals.
Martial Art conditioning classes are also available to tone up and lose weight. PUT ON THE GLOVES TAKE OFF THE
WEIGHT.
